A Favor for a Favor by Nat Chelloni.

In the blush of first love, a young, just-married Julia Leonardi is suddenly widowed when her mobster husband disappears – his body is never found. Crushed by this devastating loss, Julia vowed to live her life as far from the mob world as her familial ties allowed and made a successful, independent life for herself.

As a boy, Domenico Bonacci was never named as the made-man of his mob family, but that only fueled him to become a self-made man. Gorgeous and intense, Dom built his own lucrative empire and runs it with an iron-fist.

When a late-night incident brings Julia and Dom together, neither can deny the immediate mutual magnetism.

Fighting it only results in making Julia more intrigued, but she left the mob life behind and no amount of persuasion can induce her to accept his invitations to spend time together. Dom is consumed by his attraction and feelings for Julia, but can he convince her he is a man of morals?

When Dom’s past collides with his present, his honour-bound sense of duty calls him to take action that jeopardizes everything he’s achieved and what he holds most dear.

I was totally captivated by Nat Chelloni’s clever writing, dynamic, passionate characters and continuous action. Her exciting storylines and spot-on depiction of mob life make A Favor for a Favor truly hard to put down.

Thanks to Nat Chelloni for the read of A Favor for a Favor.
