Death in a Scottish Castle

by Lydia Travers

Death-in-a-Scottish-Castle-Kindle.jpg

Private investigators Maud and Daisy, are hired by the dashing Lord Urquhart to help find a missing statuette in Clachan Castle on the Isle of Mull.

Shortly after they arrive, the talented sleuths are investigating more than the stolen statuette when the case turns into murder. Stumped by which guest is the killer and how they got away with not one but two murders, everyone becomes a suspect.

When Daisy is called out as a suspect by an overly suspicious host, the separated Maud and Daisy must rely more than ever on each other’s strengths to find the perpetrator and prove Daisy’s innocence.

Travers wonderfully wraps up the final book in this series with a clever murder mystery, a forever friendship, and a lovely romance.

I highly recommend Death in a Scottish Castle.

Thank you to NetGalley and Bookouture for the read of, Lydia Travers’ Death in a Scottish Castle, The Scottish Ladies Detective Agency #4.

Opinions expressed in my reviews are my own.
